Is it tacky to put a rug over a carpet?
Can you answer erinlvtt's question about rugs?:
I have the plainest, beige ugly old carpet in my apartment. And I want to do something to conceal it. Would it be tacky to get a rug, like say 5×7, to cover some of it up? I'm not sure if that's weird or not.
